Talked to me like I was dumb I came in to get a key fob, i was told it would be $104 &that i could program it myself ( I had programmed a key before). I told the guy helping me th I came in to get a key fob, i was told it would be $104 &that i could program it myself ( I had programmed a key before). I told the guy helping me that & he said that my key would not work without it, he rudely kept asking me “ who is they” when i mentioned the person that i spoke to over the phone) ”you can’t even tell me who you spoke to that gave you that information” etc & looked at me like i was stupid for asking not to get it programmed. He looked at his coworker & told him that i was asking to get the key fob &key cut with out getting programmed in disbelief looking as if to get him to see how outrageous what i was asking for was. When his co worker told him that i could he said “oh well, i don’t everything about cars” all nonchalant. I just stood there shocked that he had gotten so upset about me not wanting to get my key programmed. I work in customer care,& i understand that sometimes customers ask for stuff that can’t be done but in my case i was nice the whole time & if he strongly believed that i could not program my key myself he could’ve apologized for me having received the “wrong”information by the person i spoke to over the phone & then after i mentioned i had programmed it before, instead of looking at me like i was dumb & lying he could’ve called or asked someone to see if there was a possibility that it could be done instead of telling his coworker what i was saying like it was dumb &outrageous. he did apologize but his apology didn’t seem sincere but forced. He came off really defensive even after he found out he was wrong though i was nice and quiet the whole time. More
Poor customer Servise poor Servise .. Had very little customer service when replacing the engine of Sierra Denali. Had to come back because there was sparks(fire) (flames) coming out of Had very little customer service when replacing the engine of Sierra Denali. Had to come back because there was sparks(fire) (flames) coming out of engine. I fuel this truck about 10 times before noticing. This could of kill me and other people. There is no words to express how awful a feel about your poor service both customer and mechanical. I will be seeking legal advice. More

Everything went very smoothly. My only complaint is the website to make the appointment. It is very clumsy and I had to make several attempts to complete the appointment.
