Jackie was great! Jackie was so helpful and follow through on getting everything taken care of. Even when I came to pick up my car and they were making me wait so lo Jackie was so helpful and follow through on getting everything taken care of. Even when I came to pick up my car and they were making me wait so long, she came in and said something and got it brought to me sooner. I was having trouble with my runningboards sticking and they were able to get them to stick while it was there and they tried over and over but they did adjust them and do a few things to help and hopefully they will work now as it only happened once a day or every other day. Was called and told the car was ready when arrived they sent me to the cashier no one I mean no one took the time to review the results. By reading the report I found out 2 items unable to be duplicated I would have thought someone would have educated me in regards but no. More
