Additional staff on holiday weekend is and weekends It was my fitst time to do oil change since I got my new Buick Encore. It was Saturday and Labor Day weekend. I went there early coz I know it will b It was my fitst time to do oil change since I got my new Buick Encore. It was Saturday and Labor Day weekend. I went there early coz I know it will be busy like before 8 am. Only one person is doing the paper works for the service. I hope next time you will anticipate these days especially on holiday weekend and weekends. Pls assign additional staff so you will have fast service a customers will be more satisfied on your service. Thanks you. More

Service review They are having problems finding the problem. I hope they will do right by me. The vehicle was purchased 2 months ago. The check engine light is on They are having problems finding the problem. I hope they will do right by me. The vehicle was purchased 2 months ago. The check engine light is on. Had to bring the vehicle back because problem was not resolved. They returned car to me with 7% left on oil life without changing the oil or recommending that I change it before giving me the car back. They have now given me a loaner car which makes me happy. I just hope the problem gets resolved. Not expecting this out of a new purchase. More

Even though the advisor I made the apt with was not in that day, another advisor helped me with no problem because it was all in th Service was great! Also not a problem getting a loaner vehicle similar to my own car. I prefer that over a shuttle anyday!! More

Had to call to find out I'm happy with the work done on my car. It's fixed and taken car of and I'm thankful for that. They also had my car for multiple days but never offered anything to use during that time...even though I asked for a rental car online when I made the appointment. However, when I did get to talk to Erik, I explained how not having a car for so long was a problem. He got my car finished a day earlier than he claimed for me. I am very grateful for his help, how he actually listened to my dilemma and found a way to help. More
