Way Over Priced Went in for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and an Air bag service light. Part for the Air bag service light was about $25 and charged $290 for labor. La Went in for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and an Air bag service light. Part for the Air bag service light was about $25 and charged $290 for labor. Labor was unbolting the from passenger seat changing the $25 connector and bolting it back on. Then total for everything was $364. Would have been better off going to a Mom and Pop shop. Would have spent less than half that amount. After all that they didn’t even wash or even rinse down my truck. More
Relative quick and super friendly service I didnt have an appointment. I just walked in.asking for an oil chance. The attendance replied that it was ok, I just needed to wait an hour approxima I didnt have an appointment. I just walked in.asking for an oil chance. The attendance replied that it was ok, I just needed to wait an hour approximately which I thought it was very good since I didnt have an appointment. Their waiting rooms are nice with coffee, vending machines and a large tv in each room. The AC was set a little bit too low in my opinion. Thank you! More

Ridiculous Delays Under staffed mechanics with too many cars to be serviced causing over do waiting times for complete service. This visit took 7 hrs for a 45 mi Under staffed mechanics with too many cars to be serviced causing over do waiting times for complete service. This visit took 7 hrs for a 45 minute fix, which is absolutely absurd!! This is my 2nd time waiting many hours for simple fixes or oil changes. I will need another place to service the car. More
Dealership didn’t honor my warranty and made me pay Service guy was very professional but this dealership did not honor my warranty! Now I will have to write a complaint letter to GM to restitution. I dealership will not recognize warranty even with excellent service reps it is very hard to recommend this center. What is worse is at doe well over 10 years I have been using Mark Christopher. More

However, I was advised to make an appointment for first thing in the morning so that I could acquire a rental car. I arrived at 8 am. I was told by Sam that I would have a rental car shortly and that he would check in with me shortly. By 9:30 I still had not gotten a rental car and Sam was nowhere to be found. Once Sam returned, he called to get a rental car, but GM was out. He then called Enterprise and they were also out of cars. I ended up waiting until 10:30 when Sam finally gave me a ride. (Before he gave me a ride, I was told it would only be another hour before my car was finished). The whole reason I made the appointment at that time was because I had been assured I would be given a rental - since I had a babysitter at home I needed to relieve by 11am. My car ended up not being ready until 3pm, meaning I could not pick it up until the next day. When I picked my car up, the proper parts had been replaced, but my AC was out - so now I will be needing to go back yet again. Overall - the service is pretty good (except they do seem to forget about you even if you wait there). More
