Javier Juarez had great customer service, on the other hand the person moving the cars (did not get his name) was very rude. He came up to me in the service line exclaiming that I should watch out for him hand the person moving the cars (did not get his name) was very rude. He came up to me in the service line exclaiming that I should watch out for him because he is responsible for the cars he is moving. I was moving my car to position myself in back of the service line when he drove right behind me instead of waiting for me to finish moving. That guy did not even remove the plastic seat cover, the paper mat and the number cards when I picked up the car. More

Overall the service advisors are great but this overall service center seems slower than others. Mild inefficiencies. Ordering parts for the minor issues of a repair seem to take a while (GMC's fault) bu service center seems slower than others. Mild inefficiencies.
