As a client, it is understood that when my truck is taken to the back, things are being done correctly and up to the standard, which is checked off on the documentation returned me after servicing the vehicl to the back, things are being done correctly and up to the standard, which is checked off on the documentation returned me after servicing the vehicle. In sharp contrast, this was not the case when I brought my truck to Mark Christopher on Wednesday. Not only did I discover my glove compartment box on the floor, front driver side of my truck disconnected after they return my key to me and service was "complete" ,they also reversed my tire pressure to which I had 80 psi in the front and 60 in both rear tires. Now I have to go to American tire today in order to Mitigate the situation as the low tire pressure is indicated in my truck after days of leaving Mark Christopher servicing my vehicle. I don't live very close and with low tire pressure that affects the fuel mileage. My truck is able to regulate all the way to Ventura. I don't know who serviced my truck, however to have the confidence everything is being done correctly when you don't see what's actually being done is very concerning to me. Of course, this will be looked over and brushed under the rug because to you buying the truck and spending a bunch of money on a new truck and giving you business is more important than actually being thorough and paying attention to detail. There was a small glitch that we had with the service department, we are human things happen, but we love the way that they handled, and came in, identify the problem and came up with a great resolution that made all parties involved smile! Chelsea in Service Dept. provided me with excellent a customer service experience. She got me in quickly to address a front brake issue prior to leaving for a vacation. The whole matter was resolved amicably by Chelsea working with the Service manager. I had a front brake job and rotors replaced in March 2024, it seemed too early (6 months or 10K miles) for a complete replacement including rotors. Chalsea was very instrumental in understanding and advocating for a service allowance which Jeff provided. As a loyal Mark Chirstopher Cadillac customer for several years, I very much appreciate the customer experience I received. More

I went in service department just to get my long time wait for my brand new GMC Canyon AT4 bed liner. Service adviser Jackie K was great, she was very nice and friendly. However, I only gave it a 4 star wait for my brand new GMC Canyon AT4 bed liner. Service adviser Jackie K was great, she was very nice and friendly. However, I only gave it a 4 star only because I think the bed liner was not in a good condition once I saw it installed on my truck. Bed liner was not correctly installed to start with, I had to go back to see Jackie, she however brought out the installation technician to correct it. Also, bed liner had a lot of scratches on the driver side and it was pretty dirty, it was also bowed at the end. I had to go back home and clean and scrub down the bed liner and placed (2) 35 lbs. weights on it to make it straight or flat. Otherwise, I do like the bed liner beside it took almost a month to receive it. More
