I wasn't expecting to get a new I saw a FB add about the mega Memorial Day sale. I had a 2018 Traverse that I bought at Mark Christopher last year. I wasn't expecting to get a new vehicle but after test driving the Redline version of my car I fell in love. Irving wasn't pushy and wanted to make sure my experience was personalized in order to benefit my situation. We test drove 3 vehicles that nights including the Silverado but I think everyone saw in my eyes my heart was set on the Redline Traverse! I rolled some negative equity from my previous purchase into the Traverse but i was advised i could make bimonthly payments that would help pay of my principle quicker. I appreciated the staff taking time to answer all my questions and make me feel completely comfortable. I have been a Customer Care Manager for a homebuilder for 16 years and know great Customer Service is based on relationships. Thank you for making me feel like part of the Mark Christopher extended family. The only complaint I have is I never got to meet Markdown Lloyd. 🙂 Vince Villanueva More
