Hello, Im not happy, i brought a couple issues to my sales persons attention. Alex Sarabia said he'll call me back I was charged $1000 for an oil change and several warranty corrections Also, a dis sales persons attention. This is a $100,000 truck, and I purchased several warranty packages that cost another $12k at time of purchased. Then you charge me for warranty check-up?? I am not happy. I love my GMC truck, but it appears your staff are overwhelmed You need to hire more people or management needs to coach-up the Team! Im just a little guy that buys 1 vehicle at a time. My business is not important to you. Thanks for proving that! More

Jackie Klosky has always been great. I always come back to this dealership because of her ability to get me in and out quickly. This time was different. The tech took 3 hours to change m I always come back to this dealership because of her ability to get me in and out quickly. This time was different. The tech took 3 hours to change my oil and rotate my tires, while I waited. When I paid for it, it took another 30 minutes to get my keys so I could leave. My car was already outside parked when I paid but my keys were not brought up right away. The cashier wasn't that concerned. I had to ask her twice to get my keys with in those 30 minutes. Needless to say, after 3 1/2 hours, I was very upset by the time I left there. More
Mario was cordial, pleasant and knowledgeable. He was rushed because of other circumstances. we had trouble with the military confirmation code that my wife worked on for 2 hours. He did try to complete other steps to the sale but its was scattered. because of manpower shortages he had to take care of a internet customer while working with me and that created long waits for completing the deal . After coming out of finance I had to wait for the delivery process about 15 minutes. The Onstar process was a mess. The man who explained how it worked and the different steps had a heavy accent and spoke too fast. Mario tried to explain later. Because of his helping the other internet customer he was rushed and the delivery was fragmented. He seemed over taxed. Mario knew this and asked me to make another appointment for a proper delivery later, which I will do. Its impossible to work two customers at the same time and be fair. I understood this. The person in charge should have elected another salesman to help him. It was not fair to Mario. Because of his efforts i give him credit. However the store and management were less than fair. They did not explain switching from 24 months to 36 mo. terms and I felt like they were taken advantage or tricking me. The next day the internet director and I met and he was wasvvery cordial and sympathetic. He explained the switch completely, and I became satisfied., and he said to call for an appointment and lunch next week.. I like my car and enjoy driving it. Thank you. I did not like the finance portion. He knew I wasn't buying anything so he rushed the process and I didn't feel comfortable enough to take more time with the actual numbers and i missed the switch to 36 mo. term. Thank you.
