As a fleet manager, I rely heavily on having a dependable service provider to keep my vehicles running smoothly. Unfortunately, Mark Christopher Chevrolet has not met my needs in this area. While the service manager has been proactive in reaching out, the dealership does not offer mobile services like battery replacement or recall fixes—services that are crucial for the smooth operation of a fleet. Additionally, there is no option for someone from the dealership to pick up and drop off the vehicle, further complicating the situation. This forces me to send a technician with a van to handle these tasks, resulting in unnecessary downtime, additional costs, and more logistical challenges. While I appreciate the service manager’s efforts to communicate, the lack of mobile service options and pickup/drop-off services for basic maintenance and repairs is a significant drawback. For fleet managers, having these services readily available is essential. Unfortunately, this has made it difficult to continue relying on Mark Christopher for our fleet’s servicing needs. More
Terrible service! I will not buy another vehicle from here. I took my truck in for service and no one called me to give an update on my vehicle. I had to call a total I will not buy another vehicle from here. I took my truck in for service and no one called me to give an update on my vehicle. I had to call a total of 7 times for two days because no one would call me back after they said they would and when someone finally called they said they had to keep it another two days. They gave me no rental, I had to get one myself the next day to get to work and the day I picked up the rental and paid I went to go pick up my belongings I needed for work in my truck at the dealership and they told me it was done after they had told me it was going to be there for another two days. I rented a car for nothing. Their customer service is by far the worse. More

While test driving the car waiting for the salesman to put on rap music or Jazz. These things I’m used to happening to me. Actually pointing out how much I’ll standout. How shiny the car is. That’s not what I got here. Also Jason never assumed to me how he thought I was paying for this car. He asked me my plan. He did t suggest one. I appreciate Jason’s candor patience, pacing, timing and calmness. Yet I felt he wanted to sell the car to me. Dealership was no xx. Even though I felt I should get a little more for my trade in I felt there was fairness there and rightly handled. Again, thanks Jason Ho. I actually assume you may be moving on to higher ground. You may be too good for this type of work. And a shout out to Ceasar for dealing with my 40 million question about that very detailed contract I was afraid to sign🤣. Oh and the layout of that contract monitor table thinggy was fantastic. More sales place should have that. More
