Gerald Waters our salesman at Mark Christopher Chevrolet went above and beyond what you would epect in a auto salesman. He was upfront and honest fron the beginning on our attempted purchase of a new Color went above and beyond what you would epect in a auto salesman. He drove all the way to San Diego to pick up the truck for us but on arriving there to get it was told that Rotolo Chev. had taken the truck. Calling us he explain they had a 2012 GMC Canyon. Basically the same truck. We said ok with us. We are very happy with the Canyon and glad we had the opportunity to get it. Gerald worked very hard for us to get us what we wanted. In the future when we need another new vehicle we will certainly go to Mark Christopher, every person there we spoke to was polite and helpful. On the other hand we will never deal with Rotolo Chevrolet again there was no excuse for what they tried to do in getting us to purchase the truck from them.
