EXCELLENT car shopping experience! We had a TERRIFIC experience at Mark Berger Motors on Monday. After seeing the posting for a 2010 Suburban online, we called and spoke to Tom who hon We had a TERRIFIC experience at Mark Berger Motors on Monday. After seeing the posting for a 2010 Suburban online, we called and spoke to Tom who honestly (how refreshing1) answered our questions and agreed to hold the car for us. We then drove from Madison, WI to Rockford to buy this car and it was WELL WORTH the trip! Tom was honest, willing to deal, and gave us a very fair price. He was more concerned with our being happy customers and him receiving positive feedback and referrals than with the bottom line. He went lower than the price we asked; we were surprised and grateful! He also let us check out the car without pressuring us and didn't waste our time, hide faults, or lie to us.
