Incompetent at best criminal at worst. I was changing the oil on a vehicle purchased less than a year prior when the oil plug broke. The vehicle was covered under warranty so we took it to I was changing the oil on a vehicle purchased less than a year prior when the oil plug broke. The vehicle was covered under warranty so we took it to the service center who informed my girlfriend they couldn’t get the plug out and they would need to replace the entire oil pan for about 3,000$. I called and spoke with them when they told me the oil plug wasn’t covered under there warranty but the oil pan would be, they couldn’t explain why and basically told me tough luck. After further investigation they eventually told me they never even looked at it or tried to get it out. I called 3 other GM dealerships who all told me that a broken oil plug would absolutely be covered under there warranty. Especially considering all previous oil changes were done at mark allen. I knew they were playing games so I took it dow the street to whistler automotive who fixed it for 80$. The service center lied on multiple occasions, they are criminal and I wouldn’t trust them with an oil change. More
