This team has truly taken buying a vehicle to the next level with their open and honest communication from the sales person, to the finance to even the service department. I recently had my Escalade serviced by Trixie Peevy at Mark Allen Chevy service department and was very pleased the the timely manner in which they got things done and how Trixie talked to me afterwards l Mark Allen Chevy service department and was very pleased the the timely manner in which they got things done and how Trixie talked to me afterwards letting me know what things were done. Incompetent at best criminal at worst. I was changing the oil on a vehicle purchased less than a year prior when the oil plug broke. The vehicle was covered under warranty so we took it to I was changing the oil on a vehicle purchased less than a year prior when the oil plug broke. The vehicle was covered under warranty so we took it to the service center who informed my girlfriend they couldn’t get the plug out and they would need to replace the entire oil pan for about 3,000$. I called and spoke with them when they told me the oil plug wasn’t covered under there warranty but the oil pan would be, they couldn’t explain why and basically told me tough luck. After further investigation they eventually told me they never even looked at it or tried to get it out. I called 3 other GM dealerships who all told me that a broken oil plug would absolutely be covered under there warranty. Especially considering all previous oil changes were done at mark allen. I knew they were playing games so I took it dow the street to whistler automotive who fixed it for 80$. The service center lied on multiple occasions, they are criminal and I wouldn’t trust them with an oil change. More

Service I recently had service on my 2011 Z-71. My service guy (Andrew “Drew” Elam) did a fantastic job taking care of me, the cost of my service beat all oth I recently had service on my 2011 Z-71. Great service and great ownership. I haven't bought a car in 18 years and they made it so easy. Low monthly payments that don't put me in a bind. Also a bumper to and great ownership.
