Mark Allen Chevrolet service department is a notch above all the rest in the Tulsa metro dept. Nothing too big or too small and they can fix it in no time. Had service appt at 1130, show up tad early, was told about an hour behimd schedule. What is the point of an appt if not seen at scheduled time? Had to reschedule because that interfered with another app about an hour behimd schedule. What is the point of an appt if not seen at scheduled time? Had to reschedule because that interfered with another appt. I would think if that far behind, one would be notified. I usually do this on my lunch hour and drive from okmulgee. Very disappointed. Jeff kept me informed about status of repair and worked to keep my truck going. Polite and resourceful. I have loved this truck and although I have had several costly repairs, it has giving me good 225,0 to keep my truck going. Polite and resourceful. Mark Allen Chevrolet service department is the only name and department you need to know. Service advisor Jeff Thomas is the best in the business. Jeff has forgotten more information than most service advis and department you need to know. Service advisor Jeff Thomas is the best in the business. Jeff has forgotten more information than most service advisors have ever learned. He treats his customers get the white glove treatment every time you visit. He has set the bar so high other advisors and dealers can’t keep up. He is the only service advisor I will ever trust because of his integrity He has gone above and beyond when I thought I had lost a valuable possession.
