I bought a used truck from this dealrship about a month ago in the first 2 weeks of driving it it blew a spark plug, they towed it back fixed it at no cost to me, a week later it blows another sparkplug, I was able to fit a different plug into it to drive it to them and they fixed it again gave me a loaner, I get it back and 5 min down the road the temp gauge spikes and stays all the way home. I drive it back to them i get there and it overheats luckily in the parking lot, they fixed that all no cost to me, after that I drove it home and it's sat all week till today had to go get groceries, spark plug is about to blow again, I know that sound very well now. Over all customer service has been good, truck is a lemon now I'm stuck with large debt and my motorcycle for the winter they are not worth anything don't do business here. More

Mark Allen and his staff worked hard to get my wife and I the exact vehic At 57 years of age I have had many dealings with many dealers in my life. Mark Allen and his staff worked hard to get my wife and I the exact vehicle we went to the dealership to purchase. They sent drivers to Kansas to pick up the exact Truck we wanted when it was determined they didn't have it in their own inventory. At no time did they ever try to push any other vehicle on us or ask us to compromise and accept anything less than what we wanted. After the sale they gave us a loaner while replacing some trim items which were blemished during shipping. They took care of everything and we left feeling we had dealt with really honest and polite people. It was actually a pleasant experience dealing with all of their staff. Thank you Doug Mills I can say that my wife and I are truly satisfied with our vehicle and with Mark Allen, his Lovely Wife Zoya and all of his staff we had dealings with. More
