Chris went above and beyond to help me find this truck. It was freezing and they were about to close but he stayed late to help me. We drove probably 6 trucks before I found the one I wanted. CHRIS IS AWESOME!! He went above and beyond to make this deal happen for me. After entering my information in a portal, he was the only salesman to reach out by phone and actually have a conversation with m deal happen for me. Absolutely no pressure but was there to answer my 85 questions. The car I was originally going to buy didn’t work out and I saw this one online and sent him a picture. He said he wasn’t sure if he could make it happen because it was located at their sister dealership. He told me up front he would fight for me on this deal but still wasn’t sure.. well he delivered!! It had not made it to the dealership yet but Chris went out of his way to check on it everyday and update me on its status. He just went above and beyond for me through this entire experience. Mark Allen Chevrolet made my dream come true. I had ordered a white Tahoe Z71 from my local dealer and they were having issues getting me exactly what I wanted because of the chip shortage so I started ordered a white Tahoe Z71 from my local dealer and they were having issues getting me exactly what I wanted because of the chip shortage so I started looking on line all over the United States to see if I could find one that had already been built to match the one I had ordered and I found the perfect one at mark Allen Chevrolet so I emailed them and chris Hutchison called me first thing the next morning and we started talking about this Tahoe and it was still available so I put a deposit down on it. Most dealers wanted to charge thousands of dollars extra for the same Tahoe but chris and Mark Allen Chevrolet did not. They did not care about the extra buck they just wanted to earn my business and make my dream come true. When I am in need of another vehicle I will be calling Chris Hutchison at mark Allen Chevrolet. I will also be highly recommending Chris to all my friends and family. Another great thing about this dealer and Chris is they took extremely good care of me knowing that I am in Colorado and they are in Oklahoma.
