Went into mark allen Buick gmc today.ask only person in service for steve.service manager.told he was in a meeting at other site.told them I would wait and be in my truck.after 4 hrs of going back and fort service for steve.service manager.told he was in a meeting at other site.told them I would wait and be in my truck.after 4 hrs of going back and forth to his office and being seen by this same guy and others .I ask another person who told me he had family emergencey.this guy never left his desk and never told me Jeff was not coming in.it is only my thought but he is not useful to mark allen 4 hrs wasted bought my truck there not sure if I can do it again.
