A great car buying experience! I had been looking at vehicles for a while all over Northern/Central OK and Southern Kansas. A trip to OKC the day before resulted in disappointment I had been looking at vehicles for a while all over Northern/Central OK and Southern Kansas. A trip to OKC the day before resulted in disappointment as the dealer (Bob Howard Dodge) refused to negotiate the price at all, despite being nearly $1000 above market, because "online pricing is the lowest possible price". Within two minutes of arriving at Mark Allen I was test driving a clean and newly serviced vehicle (fluid changes, new tires, the works). About ten minutes later they allowed us to thoroughly go through everything mechanically on the vehicle, and present them with a number that we felt was fair. They were willing to hear us out and work with us to get the sale. Jorge was fantastic through it all, and they were even willing to stay past close to let us finish up the paperwork (which took less than 15 minutes by the way). Overall, I am very happy with Mark Allen GMC. I might be a Dodge guy, but GMC has a fantastic dealership in Mark Allen. Thanks again Jorge! More
