We are very happy with our new purchase of a 2024 GMC Sierra. Our salesman, Paul Hodgson, was interested in what we were looking for in a truck. A fantastic car with low miles and a warranty to cover us! That wasn’t all, Benny remembered we didn’t have a car and drove out to our house and picked my husband up without being reminded we would have to arrange a way to get there. I will never look further than Mark Allen Chevrolet Buick GMC. Not once did he mention, the after hours or time to go home now at 6 or even on Saturday. He encourage me to call him throughout the evening and then Saturday. The car was not pushed on us and we were not hounded at all. Benny truly wanted to earn our business and make us part of the Mark Allen Family. We were treated with such respect as well. Benny made our heads and hearts know we found the correct place. The first time buying from mark allen was great! I recommended the service to everyone. So I went back, was told I was already preapproved just needed to test drive. Found a car I LOVED worked a dea I recommended the service to everyone. So I went back, was told I was already preapproved just needed to test drive. Found a car I LOVED worked a deal on it to find out it was for a different drive train. Reworked the deal. Waited for 3 hours just to get into the back where the finance guy Heath threw my credit in my face, had an attitude and still wanted me to sign the papers and still leave without the vehicle that I was trying to buy until they could get me approved. Needless to say I didn’t get my car because I got up and left. He said I was approved but then not approved due to the change in vin. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH MARK ALLEN BUICK AGAIN!!!! and they can keep the hat! More
Let's just say the entire process was very underwhelming. I feel for my internet sales rep, Carson Comar. He was and still is the only person who has been responsive and responsible. I am yet to get my Hummer while writing this survey and their Manager, Dirk let me a VM yesterday how my experience was :). To summarize here are some comment's and concerns. 1) If you have to convince a dealership that wiring funds is still the most secure way to purchase a six figure car it tells you a lot of things. Talked to a Robert at the store and had to practically beg him that I cant be in person to close on this sale. Ultimately I said I will wire my funds and they can sit on it for few days to prove to them that I am not a hoax. !! 2) Then came the trade in. After wiring them the funds for the difference between the purchase and trade in I shipped them out my 75k Rivian truck. They took three days to review it and came back with a PDR estaimate for $986. I approved it immediately. But I was told by a gentleman named Buddy that they will only take a cashiers check !! Or I have to be in person to pay it. I had to ask to speak to someone higher up. The manager Dirk stepped in and promised me it will be all taken care of and I need not to worry. He will ship out the car. 3) ITs now day 05 since they had my money and day 04 since they had my trade in vehicle. They just come to find out that no paperwork is prepared and that all of it needs to be done in person. !! Dirk, the GM said they will send someone to Dallas and get it handled. I thought we had a resolution. After several calls and text the day of I was told by Carson that no one was coming to dallas. !! And that he will just have to take upon himself to get this done. 4) Day 07. Hopefully I get my vehicle today. !! More
