They let me take a vehicle overnight which was a really good thing because I decided after all the hype of it I really didn't like it. They had one that had just come in from trade and put it right into service and detail so I could see it. That was the one I decided on. Coming to an agreement is always a back and forth conversation. It wasn't bad at all. I didn't feel pressured. I got what I wanted and don't feel cheated by the price at all. After purchasing my SUV there were a few things that needed to be fixed. They gave me a loaner while they were working on my vehicle. My salesman kept in contact with me while it was being serviced and let me know the status. From start to finish it was a good experience. More

Great people to deal with. I had to travel a distance to get there so it was nice they kept in touch we me. They all treated me great as if I was a VIP. After visiting 2 other McGrath locations I had almost lost hope in finding the right sales person to help me find the perfect car. I was met in the lot at Marion by Rooster and Wingman and we where off lost hope in finding the right sales person to help me find the perfect car. I was met in the lot at Marion by Rooster and Wingman and we where off to a great start. First and foremost I was listened too! Rooster did an awesome job finding just what I was looking for and assisting me with my very first car purchase. He went above and beyond having to deliver it to a different location due to a paperwork location, sat with me for hours while I waited to finish paperwork, and he even detailed the car himself. Rooster came thru with a repair issue long after I had purchased the car even though he was not obligated to. All in all would and have recommend the Marion Used Car Super Store and Josh Schwind, as it was a excellent car purchase experience. Rooster you rock! More

This is the 2nd time, in a row, my wife and I bought our vehicle at Marion Superstore. Needless to say, had we not of had the excellent experience the first time, we wouldn't of bought then, and of course w vehicle at Marion Superstore. Needless to say, had we not of had the excellent experience the first time, we wouldn't of bought then, and of course we would not of returned this time. Everett, our salesman went above and beyond to put up with my demands, as we haggled the price and terms of both purchases. The sales manager was at his wits end I'm sure, both times, as he tried to pacify my stubborness. Trust me when I say, it was not a fast negotiations. We went back and forth haggling over ever issue, until my wife and I were 100% completely satisfied. The first vehicle was an awesome 2003 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD. The only mechanical issue I had with it I knew prior to purchase, and in the negotiations, I agreed to replace the rotors myself. They worked fine, but I wanted brand new brakes and rotors due to some wear on the current ones. We drove the vehicle to Texas and back here to Iowa after picking our son up from his A school grad in the USN. Awesome trip made better by all of us taking turns having fun driving. We never had any issues with the vehicle. So naturally when we needed to buy a GMC Yukon Denali AWD, we called Everett first. Just happened that they just received one, hadn't even been to their service dept yet. So we went and although it was not the prefered color, and 2 options were not included that we wanted. The price, condition, mileage and terms convinced us to buy it. I would strongly recommend anyone needing a dependable vehicle at a fair price, ( subject to your own negotiations of course) from truly honest people, to go see Everett and the crew at Marion Superstore in Marion Iowa.
