I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from these guys! If you are tired of the pushy "hurry up and buy" act like i am you need to see these guys! I had a vehicle that i was satisfied with and was probably about to buy when they stopped me and said we have 2 more like that coming in, just wait until tomorrow and we will have them here for you. They could of sent me out the door satisfied, but took the time to make sure that i found the one i would love. That meant a lot to me. These guys went above and beyond to earn my business and took the time to care about what was truly best for me. I will buy here in the future and would highly recommend taking your time to go see these guys. Ask for Devon or Jeremy!!!!! More
Purchased a van from them in February 2012 - with that I have no issues. This is where my admiration for the Marion Used Car ends. The sales person who started with me had another client come in so I was handed off to a new sales person, who’s name escapes me. After he insulted me and I wanted my car’s keys back Jim Otley took over the process. My initial response when the vehicle was brought over from the McGrath’s Dodge dealership was I was not interested as it had bubbling paint on the wheel wells and a dent in the passenger door. I was convinced to give it a try and they would work something. The salesperson I initially started with said ‘what if we can fix all that’ - so I was interested in doing the dance. Well Jim quickly said it would not be cost effective for them to ‘prep’ the vehicle but he would get aggressive with the price. They moved $800. With my expectation on my trade was low balled – and stating I was using KBB (which the McGrath Dodge site tells you to use so you will know what you can expect) – Jim says they don’t go by that they use NADA – which turns out to be better for me. My problems start with this whole purchase start with the fact I brought into them a ‘clean, single owner, well taken care of care in near excellent condition. Which they sold in less than 5 days and I ended up with a vehicle I despise. Every day since it’s something new: The rust on the wheel wells and the door – cost to fix $4600, the dash cracked (cost to repair unknown), after a week my driveway is spotted as it appears to be leaking fluid from just about everything on the powertrain except the OIL pan ( transmission, rack and pinion from the power steering pump (I know not part of the powertrain), pinion seal on the rear differential), check engine for EVAP system (which I know if I remove the negative cable will cause it to clear – but I wonder how quick it will come back?). Apparently they DO NO checks to the vehicles they sell. I will see how great the service is since the powertrain comes with a 2 month – 2000 mile warranty. I’m sure they will find some way of worming out of fixing the leaks on the powertrain items (something that is FULLY covered from the factory under warranty). Not much I can do about the rust issues - other than warn others – if there’s rust it will be VERY expensive to resolve – walk away. I should say that after 2.5 weeks and waiting on a call to come get the extra keys I stopped into the store to pick the extra keys up. To find out they had not been picked up from the McGrath Dodge dealership. I followed the original salesperson Evertt over and picked them up. I explained my hatered for the truck I bought from them. His only concern was if I had an issue with him. More

I drove to the dealership last Friday just praying that they would be able to help me find and finance a new car. Jim O introduced me to Michelle and she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable about the finance process, was empathetic to my situation, and was very helpful. While I know she is younger, she is very professional, not at all condescending, and her energy kept the car buying experience light and fun. When she did not know the answer to a question, she knew where to go to get the answer in a timely fashion. Both Jamie and Michelle did not sugar coat my challenging financial situation and yet treated me with respect. I appreciated the opportunity to get to know both of them and would recommend Michelle to anyone looking to purchase. Dylan speaks very highly of everyone he works with and it is refreshing as a mother to know that he likes his job and is appreciated at work as well. Thanks again! More

Michelle went over and beyond to find a car that would be suitable for us. She was very friendly. She did everything to find a car. She worked hard to find a payment plan that was good for us. I bought a 2007 Mustang GT about a week ago and changed my mind on the vehicle as it wasnt exactly "family friendly" Duh.... Anyways I contacted the dealership and asked if they could help get me into a ne my mind on the vehicle as it wasnt exactly "family friendly" Duh.... Anyways I contacted the dealership and asked if they could help get me into a new vehicle. They promptly set up a time to get together to discuss options and i was given many options of vehicles i could decide from. No pressure to choose a specific vehicle. Ended up getting a 2007 Hummer H3 which so far i am ecstatic with!! Devin Wright was my salesperson and everyone from management to financing were very helpful answering questions i had. They I believe went above and beyond what could be expected. They could have told me "Too Bad" after i drove the Mustang off the lot as some dealerships will but they didnt. They tried to work within my budget and get as close as possible. They understood the situation and helped out as i near my "Mid Life Crisis" :) I have bought Seven vehicles from the Mcgrath Family and will continue to do so as they have always treated me as well as could be expected.
