bought used car lied about inspection The used car bought from here was a Dodge Journey 2013. Bought January 23,2017. Paid cash for it! February 23,2017 it was taken in to a Dodge deale The used car bought from here was a Dodge Journey 2013. Bought January 23,2017. Paid cash for it! February 23,2017 it was taken in to a Dodge dealer in Springfield because of vibrations when driving. They found 2 things. The Right motor mount had collapsed and the break pads were at a 2..instead of an 8 like Toyota documented that they were. Marion Toyota was called several times about this and nothing is being done , even though obviously the inspection they say they do on their used cars are not done very well. This is our second vehicle we bought from them and it will be our last. More

Sales representative Steve Lively walked us through the process and made us feel completely at ease. We never once felt pressured to make a purchase, and he was patient as we asked him a ton of questions. He was upfront with us about all the fees involved in the purchase, so we always knew the true amount of the Toyota before starting any paperwork. Steve was also great with our two toddlers, and he made them feel special by involving them in putting the license plates on the minivan. Steve is a great salesman and I recommend him to anyone interested in buying from Marion Toyota! More

The experience with the service department was exceptional. The Dealer's manager and the finance officer were extremely fantastic in aiding me with a new buying purchase. Came in to get my other Toyota its final service maintenance done and ended up getting a nice vehicle in exchange with my older vehicle.
