Visited Marine Chevrolet to buy a part (rear brake pads) for my 2017 Buick Cascada Premium. I enter the parts department and requested help this this purchase. The woman at the service desk called for a p for my 2017 Buick Cascada Premium. I enter the parts department and requested help this this purchase. The woman at the service desk called for a parts employee to assist me. After waiting five minuets, she again called requesting someone come to the desk to assist. I could hear people in the back talking loudly and laughing. After waiting another few minuets a man approached the desk and inquired of me what I wanted. When I told him what I needed, with looking the part up he said if I didn't have the VIN number of the vehicle he could not help me. There is only one AC Delco part number for this vehicle (Premium) which is the AC Delco #171-1004. Had he took the time to actually research the vehicle information I provided him, he would have found the part. It appears he was more interested in rejoining the festive conversation he had been engaged in instead of assisting a customer. More
After receiving my car back worse than going in, I have to pay to have it towed in and have to wait 5 days before the service dept can get to it. My engine was making noise and it still is. However, it now also cuts off while driving, the auto starter doesnt work, and my check engine light is on. Those were not an issue when I went in from the start. I still have to wait 5 days to have a diagnostic check done before they decide if Im eligible for a loaner. However, they did notify me that there are no loaners currently available. So now I have to figure out how to get back and forth to work until they fix what what they broke!!! More

Service Department I think the service department could be a little better when it comes to calling their customers back once their car service is done. It's been a coup I think the service department could be a little better when it comes to calling their customers back once their car service is done. It's been a couple times I have left my car to be serviced and instead of them calling to let me know that my car was ready I would have to call them to find out. Besides that issue , everything else is great ! More

Poor Service After waiting hours for a status update on my vehicle , I requested my keys and paperwork as nothing had been completed! We were then informed our tir After waiting hours for a status update on my vehicle , I requested my keys and paperwork as nothing had been completed! We were then informed our tire couldn't be repaired and they didn't have a tire in to fit our 2016 Yukon after waiting from 11 am passed 1:30 pm!😠 We drove 45 minutes to the dealership where we purchased our vehicle, needless to say we had our tire REPLACED, an oil change and our NC state inspection within an hour and a half!😀 The service department here was in disbelief that this had happened to us and advised us it shouldn't have been no more than a 10- 15 minutes to determine that they actually didn't have a tire to fit our SUV, and then stated as long as we waited someone could have drove a tire to their dealership!
