I had a terrible experience last time I went to Marine Chevy, they told me they would order the parts for my recall, then when I arrived they took my car, held it for over four hours. I give them a call t Chevy, they told me they would order the parts for my recall, then when I arrived they took my car, held it for over four hours. I give them a call to get an update and they said oh we can’t do anything for your car because the recall was not open, but when I called they said they would order the part for my vehicle to be fixed. This issue could have been avoided if they actually looked the recall up. More

Service department is worthless, continuously takes short cuts until warranties expire. Skipped mounting hardware in third dash pad replacement. Clear pictures available. Would only do diagnostic of failed system if I agreed to a 140.00 diagnostic fee on a Cadillac with 51000 miles when reported, (park assist system failed while waiting on dash pad parts before 50000 miles). Poor workmanship in every aspect. It took an email to Cadillac customer service just to get a speaker replaced within the first 20000 miles. More
