Update: 5/6/22 I wish you could give negative star reviews. This situation got even worse after the fact. I received a call from the Service Manager to schedule them to pick up my vehicle and return reviews. This situation got even worse after the fact. I received a call from the Service Manager to schedule them to pick up my vehicle and return it to me. Willing to give them a second chance to correct this wrong. I was "ASKED" to change my review below in order for them to service my car. While he was talking over me and getting rude, because I said no it will be changed once they do as promised. He rudely explained my review reflects them as a whole. Well when one member of the TEAM fails you all fail. And he just made it even worse. Corp Office was on the call listening to the entire conversation, and they were not pleased at all. Needless to say, my review still stands firm. Even though my previous service with Mr. Andrew was excellent. That one bad apple will always spoil the entire bag. I'll NEVER do business with them again. As a woman, if you want to be talked at, disrespected and treated as if you know nothing, then this is the place for you. 4/18/22: As long as Andrea in the service department is still working at this location I will not bring my money or my business there. The way I was just treated this morning by her was rude, nasty and unprofessional. She walked away from me TWICE after I was speaking with her about their mess up. NOT ONCE did she try to accommodate the issue they created, she didn't want to help, nor did she try to even give alternate options. Even after that she started to argue at me from behind the counter, while I was speaking with someone else. Mind you she already had my car pulled back to the front, and gave me my key as if they were not going to service me. I refuse to be treated and handled as if I caused the issue or problem the way I was handled today. As long as she continues to work there I will take my business else where, cause that means this location condones in her behavior I will spend my money somewhere else. More
don't normally leave reviews but I received the worse service today. Dropped my vehicle off at 750 for a factory lift installation. At 912am the service advisor called to let me know tec is working on my truck and it will be 4 to 5 hours and work will be done around lunch. She said she will stay in touch and keep me updated with progress. Didn't hear anything for hours then at 1:58 pm the advisor called saying my vehicle won't be done today . I ask what's going on. She said tec got tied up and forgot about me vehicle and never even started working on it. Went to dealership to pic up vehicle and man behind counter was rude. Said tec called Gm and didn't think factory lift would work. Even know parts manager called and verified. I said that wasn't true and so what you going to do about it. This place is so unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. More

Went here on a airbag recall. No charge. But then the service guy Tony tells me that there is a tire valve stem leak on the right rear tire that they could fix it for and hours labor, valve stem charge service guy Tony tells me that there is a tire valve stem leak on the right rear tire that they could fix it for and hours labor, valve stem charge and taxes. I told him no thanks. I had not had a leak prior to going there. There was no check tire air light on dash prior to going there. Someone there broke the stem and Marine did not own up to their mistake. I left and went to Discount Tire and they showed me the valve having a recent break. The time before I was here Marine replaced two sensors. When he had told me the original price I was told by the service representative that I would be taken care on the end. Right! I paid nearly $1300 after an original quote of around $900. More
I always get the best service at Marine Chevrolet, everyone is always super friendly and happy to help in any way possible. My last visit was for a detail and they really knocked it out of the park! Poor handling of Maintance garage, and business practices. 11am Appt. from my observations my truck did not get pulled in to approximately 2 PM get started working on an AC compressor change ti practices. 11am Appt. from my observations my truck did not get pulled in to approximately 2 PM get started working on an AC compressor change tire change and oil change. At 2:15 the service rep comes to tell me they already sold the tires they quoted me on at 11 AM. And traded to up sale me a different tire. It sounds like it looks like the overbooked their garage due to poor scheduling. More than likely will not be getting service from here again. More
