I walked out of there with a 2015 Malibu with the same monthly payment I was paying on a 2012. I'm extremely happy. The finance manager Burke took really good care of me and my sales guy Eric was very patient and didn't force me to make a decision the first time I visited the dealership. Once I returned I was still treated with respect it made me even more comfortable buying with these guys. More

I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze brand new in KY before PCS'ing to NC. From March of 2012 to February 2013, my water pump has had four problems. FOUR. It's been replaced twice now. I keep bringing it back PCS'ing to NC. From March of 2012 to February 2013, my water pump has had four problems. FOUR. It's been replaced twice now. I keep bringing it back since it's under 75,000 mile warranty, and they still can not fix it for good. In May of 2012, we brought it back to the dealer twice within three days for the water pump going out. The fan will turn on from the time the engine is started until it's turned off, the heat and air won't work, and the car will shut down for overheating. The service department does not report to Carfax and they told GM it's only been in three times now for overheating, when I already have three papers from repairs made to the water pump, not including the paper I will receive tomorrow when I get my car back. This dealer does not know how to fix your car permanently. I called GM directly and am now waiting on a regional manager to call me. I suggest going to Wilmington. More
We stopped in to start our search for a newer model vehicle, as my old truck was getting tired and with my new job, needed something with good gas mileage, comfort and drivable on the interstate (70 MP vehicle, as my old truck was getting tired and with my new job, needed something with good gas mileage, comfort and drivable on the interstate (70 MPH at around 2000 rpm). Kevin walked us around the lot after what we discussed what we wanted and within our budget. Needless to say, he showed us a couple of fine previously owned cars, and we settled on a very nice Honda Acoord and by 12:00 we were driving home with our purchase. Everyone at Marine Chevy was friendly, professional and able to answer our questions. It made purchasing a vehicle very easy and stress free. More
Shane Wilkins, as the General sales manager, can make me a little better offer for my trade-in's and makes me feel like I'm getting the very best deal around. All the staff are very friendly but not pushy. Steve Heldt in the finance dept. couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Carlos in the service dept is the best! My new Equinox is the 61st General motors vehicles that I have Bought! I do hope to keep this Equinox for quite awhile because it meets all my expectations especially gas milage!
