Poor Service After waiting hours for a status update on my vehicle , I requested my keys and paperwork as nothing had been completed! We were then informed our tir After waiting hours for a status update on my vehicle , I requested my keys and paperwork as nothing had been completed! We were then informed our tire couldn't be repaired and they didn't have a tire in to fit our 2016 Yukon after waiting from 11 am passed 1:30 pm!😠 We drove 45 minutes to the dealership where we purchased our vehicle, needless to say we had our tire REPLACED, an oil change and our NC state inspection within an hour and a half!😀 The service department here was in disbelief that this had happened to us and advised us it shouldn't have been no more than a 10- 15 minutes to determine that they actually didn't have a tire to fit our SUV, and then stated as long as we waited someone could have drove a tire to their dealership! The finance manager Burke took really good care of me and my sales guy Eric was very patient and didn't force me to make a decision the first time I visited the dealership. Once I returned I was still treated with respect it made me even more comfortable buying with these guys. More
