Our experience at Marine Chevrolet was so good, I decided to write a second review. The ZR2 is more than we could have ever asked for. We went in, wasted no time, and he was also very detailed and informative. Although it was only 6 hours, we never once felt rushed. There was no worrying over such a huge purchase. It was effortless. Stephen took away all the hassle and concern. The past week has been great. The truck was everything Stephen told us and more. I can't thank him enough for helping us with this purchase. To further add to our experience, we also have had a few follow up questions and Stephen Smith was the guy we knew to call and who would help us most. He answered all of them without hesitation. His charisma, humor, and personality is always a plus. I went back the day after getting the vehicle and not only did he update us on services and what was covered on our NitroFill account (again), Stephen also walked me through GM military appreciation. He made sure, after multiple attempts (website not working), that my information went through. Marine Chevrolet, you did an amazing job hiring this man. I'd also like to say a big thank you to Hugo as well. He was more than helpful and made sure all of our info was correct in the final signing process with the bank. As far as questions, comments, or concerns, I'll definitely be reaching out to Stephen. This dealership is definitely one of the top in the state. I'd even go as far to say if all salesmen are like Stephen, maybe even top in the country. His customer service skills, knowledge, and attentiveness are all qualities you'd hope to find in every person working with the public. The techs quickly uncovered and repaired an ongoing electrical issue that had been troubling me for a long time. I have not had any issues since I picked the vehicle up. Being a veteran who is also dealing with cancer I am limited financially and experience hardships whenever I incur unexpected additional demands on my budget. As we walked to his desk, Branden introduced me to his manager, John Yun, who was seated in the main sales lobby. I feel like most managers hide in their offices so I really liked that I was able to put a face with a name. Branden was very knowledgeable about the technology and features of the car. He even helped me install my car seats in the car we were interested in to make sure they fit properly! I never felt pressured or taken advantage of through the entire car buying process.
