I had a terrible experience last time I went to Marine Chevy, they told me they would order the parts for my recall, then when I arrived they took my car, held it for over four hours. I give them a call t Chevy, they told me they would order the parts for my recall, then when I arrived they took my car, held it for over four hours. I give them a call to get an update and they said oh we can’t do anything for your car because the recall was not open, but when I called they said they would order the part for my vehicle to be fixed. This issue could have been avoided if they actually looked the recall up. More

We bought our vehicle tonight and Stephen Smith was very professional and helped us. I purchased 2 vehicles with in a month of each other. There were a few minor issues that they agreed to repair. If they’re not going to fix the items they agreed to repair they could just tell me. I do not like being lied to. More
