Needed a new starter I own a 1998 4-Runner that I love. I use this dealership, even though I could get the work (and the parts) cheaper elsewhere, because I know they wil I own a 1998 4-Runner that I love. Part needed to be ordered, but the old part was removed and ready when the part arrived in the morning. Had the car just after 10am. Much better service than Santa Monica Toyota! Routine service, plus removing a fuse. The fuse was for the rear window shade on my 2011 Avalon. Everytime it went down it made a loud chattering noise . I never used the shade so all I had to do was remove the fuse under the dashboard. I discovered I no longer bend enough to crawl under dashboard upside down to take fuse out. Dale had it removed for me at no charge. Likewise the car came back sparkling clean after the service. More
