Bad customer service Actually i went to delear to fix my new car and they didn’t respect and not responded to anything i want. I got the car on April 26 2018 and from day one have a problem but no body try to help me, beside that the manger over there she was very aggressive and not respect the customer. I know that the customer always right as per customer service excellence but i think no body tell her that. After all of that I complain to toyota corporate and no body reaponse too I have a pictures proof that i took the car from day one not working well for some reasons. And after all of that i sent complain online and no body response too I am advise all customer dont take toyota car any more especially Toyota CHR Toyota corporate don’t care about the customers Note the my all story i wrote it before in the write review More

Awesome service! I was there for toyota care complimentary service scheduled with Alfonso. He told me to come back after 3 hrs to pick up my car but unexpectedly i got I was there for toyota care complimentary service scheduled with Alfonso. Routine Maintenance that was anything but routine Took my Prius in for a routine minor service after making an appointment on-line. Alfonso Quinones, Assistant Service Manager, called the morning of m Took my Prius in for a routine minor service after making an appointment on-line. Alfonso Quinones, Assistant Service Manager, called the morning of my appointment to confirm. When I got to the Dealership, he was ready to write-up my service, and my wait for a Shuttle was about ten minutes. The car was ready when promised, and the young women cashier had my invoice ready. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This was truly an excellent service experience. I love Alfonso, and the personalized service he gives. Keep up the good work! More
