After an extremely bad experience with another dealership. I went to about 4 different dealers in the Rochester area and called a few more. I had been sold a vehicle last year that I was told woul dealership. I went to about 4 different dealers in the Rochester area and called a few more. I had been sold a vehicle last year that I was told would hold its value for a trade in after a year. At that time I also needed a cosigner due to a NR credit rating. My father cosigned for the other vehicle. This year my father was diagnosed with cancer and is struggling financially. I needed to follow through with the original plan and trade in my car. What I found out was that my car was worth about $5000. less than I owed. I was extremely distraught about this!!! I had improved my credit score during the year but still was considered low at a 636. All of the other dealers were trying to put me in a pre-owned vehicle in deals that sounded good but were definitely leaving me at a huge disadvantage. I called Marina and was connected to Ozell Frabklin. His knowledge and professionalism were so impressive that I came in at his suggestion. When I got there he explained my options in a negative equity situation that would help me turn the situation around. I had not heard these options from ANY other dealer that I went to or spoke to. I felt he really wanted to help me get back on track. The financial department, specifically, Jason went over and above to get me the best financing deal. I am NOW the proud owner of a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I have gotten an interest rate that I never felt possible and a payment that is affordable.
