Shocked Went in after hearing a radio advertisement just for some more information. I've been car shopping for a month and turned down by every single one aft Went in after hearing a radio advertisement just for some more information. I've been car shopping for a month and turned down by every single one after getting my hopes up so when Rich convinced me to give it a chance I didn't get my hopes up. He gave my information to the finance guy and took me to test drive a car, decent but not something I'd give a second glance at, then a second car that was much newer and a lot nicer. We went back in and he gave me the bad news that it wasn't looking good and then the big Boss walked in and took over the deal and got me approved... For a brand new vehicle!!! The only problem.. It's manual and I hadn't driven one in 10 years. But needing a car as bad as I did I went for it. Rich took me to the back lot and gave me a refresher course and I drove off the lot the same day. The only problem is had so far is the next day in the sun I could see how badly it was scratched by whoever buffed it before pick up, not deep enough to be a problem but it definitely looks like there was something abrasive on whatever they used. Everyone at the dealership was amazing and I will definitely be coming back and sending more people that way. A special thanks to Ritch for staying so positive through the whole process and making me feel better when I thought there was no hope, and for also staying so calm after the purchase when my mother came to pick it up with me and was less than pleasant. It was the usual haggle go to the manager deal, but that's to be expected in this game. The transactions went smooth when we agreed with the number and was pleased to find out they surpassed our pricing expectations. Returned next day to finalize the deal and Jim was again helpful going over everything and explaining new features of the car. It wasn't until the next day when i realized what a crappy job they did 'prepping' the car for the not so small fee they charged. There are splattered bugs on the back of the car (looks like it was backwards on the trailer maybe). The tires shine was applied OVER the manufacturing chalk marks on the tires (how do you not notice that while doing it?) and there was tire shine over spray all over the car. I guess roughly right applies here.... More
