Karen was a pleasure to work with. When I took my car in a couple of days later, the tech ran into a little difficulty and Karen made sure I had transportation because my car needed to be kept over night. It takes a lot for me to bring my car into the dealer for service, though I have been to Marin Acura a few times with my trusty 2006 MDX (which I *love*, btw - so much space). Karen has been my service advisor two of those three times, and I will always go back to her. She is honest, very knowledgeable about cars, and has everything prepared for me when I arrive. I especially like how she has the loaner car ready to go, shows me how everything works in there (including how to pair my phone), and how I get a detailed email explaining what needs to be done to my car and why. I may not go for everything on the list, but I appreciate having all the information. Unlike with many service advisers, Karen actually knows what she is talking about and can explain mechanical issues. She is gold - I recommend her without hesitation. More

I do not mind driving to Corte Madera from San Francisco even just for an oil change because I know my car will be carefully checked. The Service Advisor responsible for ensuring I receive quick, efficient and courteous service is Karen Kraut. With Karen in charge of helping me I not only am getting good service, I am also dealing with a friend who really cares about taking care of my Acura.
