I have been working with her for nearly two years now and her level of service is the best I have ever had!! Since I am on a tight schedule, I usually wait for my service appointment with my Labrador Retriever, Maddy. I now live in Petaluma but I will always be a loyal customer of Marin Acura. An extremely long wait to drop off car for service. I made an appointment to drop off my car for a basic oil change at 11:00 AM on Friday. When I arrived, there were four other customers waiting to also I made an appointment to drop off my car for a basic oil change at 11:00 AM on Friday. When I arrived, there were four other customers waiting to also drop off their cars for service. 50 minutes later I was finally seen by a service employee. I have been bringing my car here for service for the past 9 years and have never waited more than 5 minutes to drop off my car. While I waited I observed it took approximately 15 minutes for each customer to be checked in. I told my service rep if they can't process customers faster they should not schedule so many people at one time. I also noted there seemed to be new software for logging in each car which requires the employee to change screens multiple times and make multiple mouse clicks. When I returned to pick up my car, it took 10 minutes just to pay for it, again the employee had to scroll through multiple screens just to take my credit card. The employee confirmed the service manager was trying to find a way to speed up the process. Let's hope they ditch the software soon. Angel was very friendly and apologized many times for the delay. I told him I knew it wasn't his fault, but he needed to tell the manager to fix the system. More
Michelle Martinez rocks! I had to bring my Accura to a dealership for an air bag recall, so I called Michelle ( on a Saturday even) and she had me scheduled in right away. S I had to bring my Accura to a dealership for an air bag recall, so I called Michelle ( on a Saturday even) and she had me scheduled in right away. She found a couple of other things going on with my car, that I will schedule to be done in the very near future. She even stayed late to make sure I could get my car back the same day. Great service, and Michelle is a credit to this dealership. I'll be back! More
Friendly, skilled service; totally top-notch! I discovered that my 2004 Acura TL had two minor recall issues from 2010, and Marin Acura told me to bring it in at no cost even though the recall was I discovered that my 2004 Acura TL had two minor recall issues from 2010, and Marin Acura told me to bring it in at no cost even though the recall was 6 years ago. They told me how long it would take to effect the repairs, and offered my a shuttle ride home and back when my car was ready. Not only were the repairs done in a timely and competent manner, all the staff were incredibly helpful and my car came out of the shop immaculate inside and out. And the tires and rims were spotless! I can whole heartedly recommend Marin Acura to anyone that needs auto service. More

The dealership overall is extremely clean, has a nice coffee bar with bagels and fruit and has an available office with WiFi where I can sit and work while our car is being serviced. Crooked Liars Avoid this place. We leased a brand new Acura MDX here 10 months ago. We've had problem after problem. The entire dash went dark while driving on t Avoid this place. We leased a brand new Acura MDX here 10 months ago. We've had problem after problem. The entire dash went dark while driving on the highway with our infant son. They told us it was a glitch from Plugging our cell phones into the USB outlet and it was Apple's fault not theirs. I could go on and on but needless to say they took no responsibility and did not address these issues. We barely drive the car living in the city. Then the car broke down on the 101. Brake system failure. Transmission failure. Would not start. They told us a microscopic rock flew in thru the grill (leaving no sign of damage on the grill) and catastrophically rendered a $50,000 SUV useless. And not covered by warranty (of course) because it was a "road hazard". There was not any sound of any impact or steam as such would happen under this scenario as ridiculously improbable as it sounds. This dealership is crooked and you should not do business with them. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. More
Amazing help from Tech Product Specialist I purchased a 2015 TLX from Marin Acura in Oct 2015 and I finally had time to sit down with Daniel Munoz, a Production Specialist employed by the deal I purchased a 2015 TLX from Marin Acura in Oct 2015 and I finally had time to sit down with Daniel Munoz, a Production Specialist employed by the dealership. What a joy ! Daniel spent 2 hours with me showing me lots of capabilities and options available in my car's onboard navigation, computer information, entertainment and Bluetooth phone system - capabilities and adjustments I had no idea were there. He dramatically improved the picture on the 2 information/navigation screens and made amazing adjustments to sound system.. He showed me how to use Siri to make hands free phone calls from my Contacts, have incoming texts and emails read to me, and even use Siri as an alternate navigation system - all hands free. The list of useful capabilities he showed me goes on and on. Suffice it to say Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and very personable and he made me really appreciate what I have available to safely enhance my driving experience. The cost - Nothing - included in the sale price. 5 StarsPlus. Kudos to Daniel Munoz and Marin Acura. More
