Ryan O'Sullivan was friendly, courteous, professional, texted me with timely updates, and on short notice got me a loaner car. He was also the gentleman that helped me the year before. My RDX developed a few issues with the moon roof and side mirror and I went to Marin Acura to get them to look at it. Ryan was my contact throughout. He did a phenomenal job keeping me updated during the mirror and I went to Marin Acura to get them to look at it. Ryan was my contact throughout. He did a phenomenal job keeping me updated during the repair process and even mentioned there was a recall they would take care off while my car was being looked at. Communication is critical for good customer service and Ryan nailed it with almost daily texts or calls. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable and I’ll absolutely be back for this car and future Acura purchases. More

We drove across the SF Bay to go to Marin Acura because we read their superior reviews. Prior to going I called with questions and they were quite helpful over the phone as well. Our visit in person was without an appointment and Daniel patiently took his time and provided us with helpful and important hints on how to use all the fancy bells and whistles included in our new to us 2016 MDX. The hour and a half that we spent at Marin Acura with Daniel was priceless and much appreciated. We left knowing how to use all that we asked about, in addition to many other things he helped us with. Daniel also said he was available by phone any time and to call if we needed any additional help. Being new Acura owners, we were also concerned about some of the unfamiliar engine and transmission noises that were occurring with our new car. These issues were addressed by Daniel's willingness to take a test drive with us and by the time we left we were happy to understand that all was well. We highly suggest that if you are struggling with trying to understand how to use all the computerized options that are part of your Acura, take the time to visit with one of the helpful Project Specialists at Marin Acura. It is because of our positive interactions with Daniel and the other staff at this dealership and service center that we will be taking our car there for all of it's needs. More

The work was performed superbly and the technician pointed out a few other items that sho I brought my prized Acura Legend in for work on my ignition. Great service... again I had to repair my Acura TL recently, 11/11/2019, in the Corte Madera dealership.
