Dean was very friendly and immediately took care of me. Being mechanically challenged and not familiar with automobile terminology, I attempted to tell him why I was there. I'd received a letter regarding a potential problem with the car shaking at certain speeds. Dean explained it and took right over with the details. He told me all they'd do, plus washing, etc. He offered transportation, asked if the time was convenient. He told me what to expect and when. All went well and I was pleased with everything......and therevwas no charge. One other thing regarding Dean. When I was in for a checkup over a year go, I ordered paint for touching up a scratch. When it came in he not only explained how to get the best results, he came out and did the paint touch up himself. Now that's service. More

Didn't think they would have time to take care of the problem, just thought they'd tell me what the heck it meant ! But to my surprise, the really nice Service guy, Marvin, told me he could take care of it right then and there ! He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and printed up the actual recall latter sent to the dealership about what they were going to do in detail. Hey he even put on my new license plates that came in the mail, and I didn't even buy my car there ( they didn't have the right ZDX n stock ) . I'm very proud to have the Marin Acura plate frames on my car ! Great people, very helpful. I left very happy and didn't even mind the wait for an hour. The facilities are all so nice that I didn't even mind being there. Its obvious the dealership values their customer's time and they go above and beyond in making the place comfortable and even cozy !!! More
Marin Acura customer service is outstanding. Service managers take great care in reviewing the service to be performed and the results of any diagnostics and testing when the car is picked up. Estimated managers take great care in reviewing the service to be performed and the results of any diagnostics and testing when the car is picked up. Estimated cost and timing is always accurate, and they provide a complimentary car wash! The waiting area is comfortable with great amenities (variety of hot beverages, big screen TV, comfortable furniture), and they're within walking distance of great shopping. Shuttle service to nearby locations is available on weekdays, and if you need a loaner, it's a great way to to experience driving some of the newer model Acuras. I highly recommend the Marin dealership for service, and have had a good experience purchasing cars there as well. I live in the east bay but will always continue to go to Marin. I can't say enough about Dean and Steve, both excellent service managers. More

The work is always done on time and often under the estimate quoted. Work quality is excellent.
