I always enjoy the polite and friendly conversation we always engage in. You can just feel how genuine she is when speaking to you. It doesn't feel phony or rehearsed in any way. You can tell she really cares about each customer she interacts with. Karen makes sure to have my car waiting for me when I arrive and not me waiting for my car. She would call me periodically throughout the time My car was getting serviced to give me an update. Which I loved because it kept me in the loop.
