Awesome Customer Service I was so impressed with Dan Roque and Marvin Pagador. I was in a bind with getting my car serviced before the Memorial Day Weekend. I brought my car I was so impressed with Dan Roque and Marvin Pagador. I was in a bind with getting my car serviced before the Memorial Day Weekend. I brought my car in on Friday morning and the part I needed was already ordered and onsite. They walked me through everything, asking about anything else I may have needed done on my car. There was a slight mix up on the cost of replacing a roof molding. They were patient and listened to my side before working with me, instead of normal service dealers that just tell you what you will pay. I used another Acura location to get my car, but I will continue to use Marin for all future service, and when I am ready to buy a new car- I will definitely come to these guys! More

Michelle greeted me immediately and I told her my problem.. She got Daniel to come and help me. Not only did he connect my Bluetooth but went on to install my garage opener and show me how to use some other options. He was very pleasant and efficient and went out of his way to be helpful. The service provided was great. and I know that I can always count on them to help when help is needed, LB More
Great customer service/wonderful experience Karen Kraut is simply amazing- great communicator, knows what she is doing, and super personable. We live in San Francisco and called our regular Karen Kraut is simply amazing- great communicator, knows what she is doing, and super personable. We live in San Francisco and called our regular service center in Daly City to service all of the rear brake lights which were out. They could not help us for at least another week. We called several other Acura service centers--one is closed on Saturday in Burlingame (strange), and the other one in Fremont could not service us until mid next week. We called Marin Acura and Karen Kraut answered. She said that she was with other customers and asked if she can call back in an hour. She called back within 45 minutes and said that they were really busy and booked for Saturday, but she suggested we bring in our TSX anyway because she wanted to help and understood that broken brake lights is a major problem. We got to Marin Acura around 9:45am, and Karen was so patient with inputting our info into their system. I guess the Acura systems are not integrated together with all of its dealerships. Karen was also very funny during the time she was helping us. Our experience at Marin Acura was so exceptional that from now on, we'll be returning to this dealership for maintenance, service and ultimately our new Acura (my wife says RDX, I say MDX). Our car was ready by 1pm. Bravo and thank you Karen! More

Service Department Review Karen Kraut is an excellent service advisor. There was a minor issue with my car and Karen walked me through the process of the repair. She took care of the details and made arrangements for the shuttle service. Although I had to make a second trip to get the car service completed, Karen in the service department was great to work with. I highly recommend getting your car serviced at Marin Acura. More
