We have all of our maintenance on both cars done at Marin Acura, and they have always given us prompt, reliable service. Marvin, Michelle and Karen are all great! Recently, Greg Alvernaz and Torres went out of their way to give me personal service and care while diagnosing an unusual noise from the 2003 MDX. They took time to understand the car, the problems and our needs. Both of them went well beyond the call of duty to help me. More

My service advisor, Mishelle Martinez, was very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. She explained me every detail of the service checkpoints and gave me very good information that helped me to make my decision on how to plan further services for my car. I highly recommend Michelle for her professional knowledge and human kindness. 3. upfront time and money estimations are very close to the actually happened. I've been amazed on how precise the time and cost estimations have been done on many occasions. It is extremely helpful because you can plan your day schedule firmly enough.
