It is a giant service center but their representative, Bo Boening , made it feel like our local friendly mechanic. He was very knowledgeable kept us informed a number of times while we were waiting... Comfortable waiting area. They replaced a coolant pump that failed and we were back on our way in a few hours. Good service, kind and helpful employees. I understand that everyone is short staffed so I’m not about to fault the Toyota service employees for taking too long. In the future, however, it would be nice t that everyone is short staffed so I’m not about to fault the Toyota service employees for taking too long. In the future, however, it would be nice to know beforehand if I’m going to be spending 3 hours waiting for cumulative services that usually get done in half that time. Emissions testing usually takes 5 minutes, but took about 50 minutes here for some reason. More
I appreciate the timely manner i was able to get in and get out. I was there for maybe under an hour…BUT, when i got my car back into my possession, i was very disappointed. I’m very particular about how i leave my things and where i leave them. My middle console was organized and when i opened it after my service was done, my things were all over the place as if someone was looking through it. Papers were no longer organized and together, and rather crumbled up. My cash in my change storage on the left side of the wheel was gone. I confronted my advisor, Jonathan Thomas, about it and he looked as if he could care less. He stated “i don’t know what to tell you, i had my best guy work on the car” (which was Nehemiah Jones according to my paper work). He didn’t even try to help one bit or showed any ounce of concern. Not only were my things ruffled through and property taken, when i pulled off from the dealership, my tire pressure light came on. I would think when getting my tires rotated, you guys would at least check my tires out completely, but i guess they were too busy going through my things. As a customer, i shouldn’t have to leave a service appointment with warning lights on my brand new camry. Made me wonder did i come there to get a service or did i come there to get robbed. This was my first time coming to this location and will definitely be my last. More
