I trust Marietta toyota, service dept Alex Patel, to listen to any concerns I might have with my car and to check and advise me if it's nothing to be concerned with or fix the problems. The service center wait time fluctuates drastically. We waited 3 hours for a simple oil change appointment. An oil change appointment should never last 3 hours. I brought Toyota rav4 2024 for repair the tires. They was trying to upsales the $250 per tires not included tax. They also said because I did not buy the car from Marietta they could not verify my h They was trying to upsales the $250 per tires not included tax. John and Steve and Brian advisor I believe. When I ask them to put some air up for me to drive they did not do it. And the cap of the tires fall off I have to drive back for them to fix it. Good dealership, but they always take almost 2 hours to do an oil and filter change. I work on my laptop and always have to go and ask an hour later to see if the car is done. A true professional, he knows Toyotas inside and out and Marietta Toyota is fortunate to have him on t which other Service Advisors should be judged.
