Bad TREATMENT I purchased a 2007 lexus gs 450h. .for 15000...the driver side low beam light stopped working before o made it home. .the same week ride got extremely I purchased a 2007 lexus gs 450h. .for 15000...the driver side low beam light stopped working before o made it home. .the same week ride got extremely bumpy. .find out need new struts 600...had to change brakes 150...tpms sensor were missing from back tires ..was told the light in dash just need to be reset..lies 150 repair. .owner refused to talk to me even after i purchased all parts and asked him to do labor or at least help with a couple hundred dollars. .the sales people are fine and friendly. ..the cars are nice ..they just don't do anything once they purchase from auction so beware. .when they say as-is they mean it..would not recommend to my worst enemy More

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would! We drove 2 hours to purchase a 2010 Toyota Highland with 46K miles. We've had it for 5 weeks and the engine b If I could give them zero stars I would! We drove 2 hours to purchase a 2010 Toyota Highland with 46K miles. We've had it for 5 weeks and the engine blew bc someone put stop leak in the radiator (which stopped the radiator leak for a short time). Now I have a blown engine and radiator. We bought the extended warranty through our bank but because stop leak was in the radiator they consider that the car was tampered with and they won't pay to fix it. I have negotiated them paying $3200 which leaves us paying $5600. Not only has this happened, we purchased the car and we had to go straight to the gas station because it was on empty. We realized we didn't get the key fob. The dealership had already closed so we called them Monday morning. We were told that it didn't come with one. When I mentioned that the ad said the car had keyless entry and alarm system, which can neither be worked without the key fob, the sales man said ok let me talk to my manager and call you back. Of coarse no one called back. I called again he said we will pay half for it (it cost $250) I argued and they offered to get me one. Which 5 weeks later I still haven't received. The ad also advertised that the car had power passenger seats, power hatch and memory seats which it has none of these! I'm putting this out there in hopes that this NEVER happens to anyone else!!! I talked to the floor manager today about the engine and he said "well what do you want me to do?" I said "I either want you to take the car back or help me get it fixed" he said "ok well neither of those are going to happen". Buyers BEWARE!!! Even if we had taken it to a mechanic to get it checked out they would not have found the problem because at the time the stop leak was covering it up! More
