I had the pleasure of buying a car from Mariano Rivera Honda, and I must say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The whole facility, including the service department, was brand spanking NEW! It was clean, vibrant, and state of the art. It was clear that the management invested a lot of time and effort into ensuring that the customers receive the best service possible. The staff was not only friendly but also professional and knowledgeable about the cars they had on offer. I had the privilege of being served by David Barber, a top-notch car salesman who not only gave us a tour of the facility but made the car buying experience enjoyable. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and he did not try to sell us something we did not want. What stood out the most about David was his ability to sell us on the Mariano Rivera experience, making us feel like we were part of a family. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase, and he was always available to answer any questions that we had. I can confidently say that if you are planning to go to this dealership, you should ask for Dave because you will be blown away. Overall, my experience with Mariano Rivera Honda was a 10/10. The service was outstanding, the facility was just as new as the cars, and the staff, particularly David Barber, was amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car and will be coming back for my next purchase. More

Frank made it a simple joy to pick out everything I wanted in a car and had it available for me extremely quickly! I had procrastinated and my lease was up in days and he was able to get me in exactly wanted in a car and had it available for me extremely quickly! I had procrastinated and my lease was up in days and he was able to get me in exactly what I wanted and right within my price range! Leasing a new car these days can be a horrible experience and he made it quick, easy and painless. Nick is the king of numbers and was able to break everything down for me in seconds, even dealing with me while my husband was on speaker phone and worked in the car sales business for years. They both deserve awards for dealing with the 2 of us, only one physically present, and somehow making us both as happy as can be! Thanks so much to the Mariano team, especially Frank and Nick, for making a really aggravating experience a really great one instead. I highly recommend them if you are in the market! More

Then when I went inside to check in, that same man took my keys and threw them across the women’s desk and walked away. I was shocked and so was the women helping me, when we realized they were my keys. I’ve never been so disrespected and dismissed at any other, Honda. And I’ve been purchasing Honda’s since 1996. They took a very long time with my inspection, made me leave without any paperwork, which was then mailed within the week. They comped me for my visit, as they saw on cameras the way I was treated, but that does not comp for disrespectful behavior I was treated with. It doesn’t dismiss the fact that I did not have a good experience there. They are still very new and have a lot to learn. More
