This was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived Kelvin was friendly and listened to our wants and needs. He took the time to over the Carfax and 182 point report. He explained things we didn't understand and was patient with us. He even got our insurance coverage on my cell phone. {This would have taken us hours on the computer!} Cavene explained options available and handled the title transfer. We have called Kelvin a few times with questions and he always respond quickly and answers our questions. It's a nice personal touch that Mr. Brown spoke with us and congratulated us on our purchase. We even got a round of applause from Kelvin and Diego! We would recommend Marino Honda in a minute if the opportunity came up. Your company is very lucky to have salesmen like Kelvin. More
