We understand how upsetting this experience has been and want to assure you that we’re doing everything in our power to support you. Our General Manager, Michael John Mitchell, has been in contact with you and remains committed to assisting you in any way possible. He offered to walk you through how to open a product claim with GM, as any determination regarding potential manufacturing issues must come directly from the manufacturer. As a precaution, he also recommended filing an insurance claim in case GM does not classify it as a product issue. Additionally, a vehicle has been placed in our loaner fleet, specifically for your use, with the keys set aside and ready for pickup. Your last message to Michael John regarding the loaner vehicle was thank you sounds good. We understand that this situation is frustrating, and although we cannot influence the manufacturer’s determination, we are committed to supporting you. We will continue to do everything possible to facilitate the process.
