The worst customer experience. Brian crystal was rude, condescending and gave me attitude. I've been to your service center approximately three times already I made my appointments weeks prior so they should know I am not leaving my vehicle I will be waiting for it every time again that I've times already I made my appointments weeks prior so they should know I am not leaving my vehicle I will be waiting for it every time again that I've been there with the same notice I've given Ray Pryor for the service date they continue to tell me all you have to leave your car and I told them no because I wanted to date where I know you're going to work on my car and I'll wait for it so you shouldn't be that busy that day I don't like to hear you have to leave your car and I give you two and a half weeks notice we're three weeks notice that I'm coming down then I'll tell them well give me a rental they don't want to hear that so they work on the car and I get it back now recently you changed the wrong part on the car which is okay with me and you had to order two other parts which was already weeks ago and I haven't heard from your service department so somebody's screwing up over there I'm sure of it because if you change the wrong part the first time and I didn't hear anything in weeks on the other two parts that have to be changed I'm sure the right hand don't know what the left hand is doing so how can I give you possibly a good write-up on your service department you don't get back to people ever that's all I have to say I'm not happy with your service department at all More
