The technician notes that “the gaskets are very likely to leak again” because “the torque spec of 10 n.m. were never achieved in several bolts." Service Advisor Brian Crystall said the technician only achieved 8 n.m. Brian said I should bring the car back in 6 months for a check. Finally, it took a week to complete repairs, and numerous attempts to reach Brian for a status update were unsuccessful. I find this experience completely unsatisfactory, and not what I expect from Chrysler. More
