This was my second visit to Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Dealership since purchasing a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Janna was outstanding on my first visit, which I sent a review regarding that visit. This time Nich Dealership since purchasing a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Janna was outstanding on my first visit, which I sent a review regarding that visit. This time Nicholas Torrez handled my visit for an oil change and tire rotation. I brought my laptop with me figuring it would take a couple, three hours, and I could get some work done. My previous dealership with the Toyota Corolla would take hours to get the same work completed. I was shocked when Nick came over in less than an hour and told the work was completed. That shows me what great team of technicians Arrigo has at their dealership. Friendly and fast! Thank you Nick and team Arrigo! I’ll be back on my next scheduled maintenance job. More
Worst dealer experience I've ever had. I dropped my car off for an airbag recall and when I went to pick up the car the air conditioning was not working. They took the car back to the shop I dropped my car off for an airbag recall and when I went to pick up the car the air conditioning was not working. They took the car back to the shop and informed me that there was 1.5lb freon in the car and needed to be removed. Because my car only fit 1LB, after waiting 1 hour I was informed that the thermostat had burned out and it was necessary to change the part and I would have to pay. After reporting that the air conditioning was working when I dropped the car off, and technician Nick told me I wasn't sweating when I dropped the car off at the shop. I went to talk to the service manager who informed me that he was not responsible and that he would not fix my car as it was a 16 year old car and that he has to defend his business. I have never heard a manager say that he is not responsible for what happens inside his store.And a lack of respect for the consumer. You drop your car in for a recall and receive the faulty car. Business is made through lasting relationships and Arrigo has just proved that profit is above all else. I’m very disappointed with Arrigo. Basic I was called a liar, the manager didn’t believe that my AC was working. More

And when they decide I already left and got one and my own again and again after losing my day of work and canceling most my appointment .this is not the first time every time we go there this is what happening. Came in for an oil changed and rotation and have a slow leak in one tire looked at. 4 people at the counter doing nothing and couldn't acknowledge me it wasn't until someone I believe was a manger said is leak in one tire looked at. 4 people at the counter doing nothing and couldn't acknowledge me it wasn't until someone I believe was a manger said is someone helping you and I said no they were told to help me was I finally given attention. When I pick up the car they said the leak was fixed but the tire now in it's location was at 39 psi and all the other tires where at 30 psi. At sawgrass they do a video inspection of the car and let me know if something else needs attention they not only didn't do that they couldn't even take time to get the tire psi correct. More
