My service advisor, Brian Crystall, was delightful, personable, and informative. Being a nightshift nurse from 7pm-7am, I’m usually sleeping during “business hours.” Brian’s mindfulness of this while also keeping an open line of communication and providing frequent updates was very much appreciated. At the end of my service encounter, I asked Brian for a recommendation of who to speak to in sales and he sent me over to that department. Richard Matos eagerly assisted me and answered all my questions during the process of purchasing my Jeep. Michael, in the finance department, made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything without feeling pressured. The cohesiveness between each department was seamless and made me feel that they truly valued me as well as my time. I have leased numerous vehicles in the past and this was my first time purchasing one. Previous encounters at other dealerships have made me feel uncomfortable, borderline harassed and gave me fear and dread of car dealerships. This was absolutely not the case here. Everyone I encountered at the dealership made me feel welcome and seemed happy to help. The entire experience was an enjoyable one and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I dropped my car off with no appointment, but as soon as David Denson saw me standing there waiting he was the first to ask me if I needed help with anything. He did not force or push me to do anything, only suggested it which I appreciated. He told me how long it would be and he was right on the dot and he provided me with a call to let me know the car was finished. More
I got an oil change and an alignment done and my vehicle still pulls to the right. Now my steering wheel shakes when driving.
