I would’ve given 1 stars if not for the ladies who accepted payment. The service department doesn’t pick up phone calls, they call you back 2-3 hours after you leave a message, no one is aware of the accepted payment. Every single time I’ve had to re-explain what I was there for. I say “multi point inspection” as it was what I checked in addition to oil change and the service advisor belittled my choice of words. If this place wasn’t legitimately next door to my house, I would never come here. The Service Department has ZERO customer service skills. I spent over $1200 on tires and an oil change and they made me walk home. If I’m giving you that much business, you can give me a 3 minute ride or at least offer an UBER. Unbelievable. More

I bought my Pacifica here and passenger armrest was defective. Brought the car in to have it fixed. I was told to go to waiting room and after 4 hours I went to check on the progress. Finally, all they did was to take the vin number to order the part. Told me to come back Saturday, the part would be in on Thursday. I got there on Saturday at 8am and after waiting for an hour and a half was told the part was not there. All in all I've been xxxxxx around for about 7 hours including travel time, when the whole thing could have been done over the phone. I would give zero stars if I could. No excuse. More
Yesterday I went for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in the express lane. First I waited out by my car and no one acknowledged me so I went inside. Finally some one called me over and the he could not find my service agreement. After I went back to the car to prove I had the agreement he was able to find it. I told them I was going to wait for it and I was told about an hour. An hour and a half later I walk back over and see my car sitting outside. I asked what was going on and they had no answers. Then all of a sudden some one got in my car and it was gone. I went and asked where my car went and they said they could not locate my vehicle. What do you mean you can’t find my car? Well truth was they forgot to service it and put in on the side. Funny how I say something after 2 hours and then they freak out and my car is done in warp speed. The service Manager said it was unacceptable but could not do anything about it. They guy that wrote up my ticket told me not to write anything bad about him in a review. He was the one that told me an hour and was not wearing a mask. So many workers were not wearing masks. I will not return. I hate how they think women are stupid when they come in and they try and tell us we need all these unnecessary services. More
Today I serviced my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the Arigo Jeep Margate store. I’ve had oil changed at this dealership in the past and paid $78.83 6 months ago. Today they charged me $118.51. I mentioned that the price was much higher than previous and their reply from service writer Hector Roque was “well do you still want to leave it with us or take us somewhere else”. I left it because at the time it was going to be around $85.00. Once they were completed with it and I went to the cashier is was now $118.51. I pleaded with them on the additional $40 and they did not care. The cashier collecting the money replied “ yea that is a lot for an oil change ”. So with these two horrible responses they gave me and lack effort to make this situation and keeping me as a customer. I will not be going back to Arigo any longer. I also showed them that they also serviced my Ram 1500 6 months ago with the similar $80/charge. No excuse for the $40 increase, the shop fees did not go up $40. I have both receipts to prove it, but Arigo Margate does not care!!! It’s a shame that their customers aren’t important to them. More

That call never came so I wrote a few e-mails and calls that were never returned. I had to finally go through my insurance company to get my car fixed and they also have not been able to get any response from Michael Lewis or Arrigo. I have to spend over $1,700 out of pocket for an accident that was not my fault! More
